HPCx Monthly Report, December 2009

The report is presented in two parts:

• A report generated by SAFE, the systems administration software. This includes:
  • Time usage, broken down by project and by queue;
  • Slowdown figures;
  • Disk usage, broken down by project;
  • Helpdesk activity.
• A report provided by HPCx staff. This includes:
  • System availability, including incidents, failures, MTBF and serviceability;
  • Courses held and attendance at them;
  • Quality tokens set;
  • Staff effort for the Science Support and Systems groups;
  • Performance metrics.
