This is to enable us to install a new uninterruptible power supply/ standby generator and to carry out the necessary electrical work associated with this. As well as the main service system, the web server will also be affected for part of the time. We plan to restore the service before midnight on Tuesday/Wednesday March 18/19. This outage has been advertised in the Message of the Day since 15 February. Our apologies in advance for any problems it causes.
