In order to preserve the integrity of users' data, and correct the problems as soon as possible, we need to suspend the service this afternoon, Wednesday, 6 August, at 14:00. New jobs that would run over 14:00 are currently not being started. If any jobs are running at 14:00, then, regrettably, they will be lost. Our hope is that it will be possible to reopen the service by 15:00 today, although at present we cannot promise this.
