Greetings--

PROBLEMS WITH THE SERVICE

Starting at 8:17 this morning we have had several problems with the
system.  As a result we have had to close it.  At present we can't
say what the cause of the problems might be or how long they will take
to fix.

IBM personnel are expected to arrive in a few minutes.  I will let you
know as soon as the service is open.
