This follows on from the very succesful First HPCx Annual Seminar held at Daresbury in December 2003. We are currently drawing up the programme for this event, but we expect to have speakers from the UK, Europe and the US. At present there are no serious problems. A further 11 32-processor frames have now arrived. Once they have been integrated with the embryo Phase 2 system, it will include 19 frames. I shall report progress again in a fortnight's time. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- TAPE STORE - PROGRESS REPORT The plan for the new archive system, which was outliend at the last User Group meeting, is progressing. Currently two projects have access to the tape store as beta-users.
